Mr. Yang Saing Koma Appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Council for Agricultural and Rural Development.

Phnom Penh: Mr. Yang Saing Komar was appointed by the King of Cambodia as Vice Chairman of the Council for Agricultural and Rural Development on December 19, 2022, as addition to his current position.

The former Grassroots Democratic Party Chairman, Yang Saing Koma, was appointed by the King of Cambodia as the Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister and Secretary of State for the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries on November 29, 2022.

Mr. Yang Saing Koma received this position after he applied to join the Cambodian People's Party on November 27, 2022. As an agricultural expert, he joined the CPP after fully appreciating and supporting Prime Minister Hun Sen's agricultural policy, which he announced a few months ago.

The purpose of Mr. Yang Saing Koma's joining the Cambodian People's Party is to contribute to the development of agriculture in Cambodia. He hopes that by joining the Cambodian People's Party, he will be able to contribute to the implementation of the for mentioned policies effectively and successfully.
